We recommend that doors that receive heavy footfall of pedestrians are serviced every six months and those that are only used on an occasional basis to be serviced annually. If your doors are used by the general public there is a duty of care whereby it is advisable to undertake regular servicing.
Contract customers have the peace of mind with a 24 hour seven days a week emergency response, planned maintenance visits and helpful technical assistance.
Routine maintenance helps to keep the equipment running at its optimum and can increase the working life of the doors. While on site our A.D.I.A. approved engineer would carry out a full service and safety check to ensure that the doors conform to current British Standards.
Any parts found to be necessary would be quoted for separately, however, minor parts carried on the vans can be fitted on the day, on receipt of a written instruction from the site.
